🔁 1. Return Policy

Since ColorsOTT.com provides digital content via streaming, all services are intangible and non-returnable. Once a subscription or individual purchase is activated, it cannot be returned or reversed.

💰 2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any used or partially used subscriptions. However, a refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate transaction: If you were charged more than once for the same service.

• Technical issues: If you experienced service interruptions due to verified system errors on our side and support could not resolve it within 48 hours.

• Unintended purchase: If the subscription was purchased unintentionally and no usage was recorded within the first 24 hours.

Note: Once Approved the refund amount will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original mode of payment.

📬 3. How to Request a Refund

• Registered email address

• Order ID / Transaction ID

• Reason for refund request

• Screenshots (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

🔐 4. In-App Purchases

If your subscription was purchased through a third-party platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, etc.), refund requests must be handled via that platform’s respective support system.

❌ 5. Abuse of Policy

Users found misusing or repeatedly requesting refunds without valid reason may have their account suspended or terminated.
